Woodland Scenics Concrete Color Paint 4 oz. Use Earth Colors to color rocks, terrain and plaster castings. These water-soluble pigments can be diluted and blended in limitless combinations to diorama applications such as plaster, cloth, syrofoam and more.
Directions:
