Online Orders
Online Orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time and on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be processed the following business day. Automatic refunds will be given for items that for unforeseen reason are Out Of Stock. The minimum order amount is $18.00 and the maximum is $750.00 (seven hundred fifty dollars), excluding International Tax and Duties collected at the time of delivery.

Credit Card User
The person making the purchase must be the credit card owner. If the credit card is processed and accepted it may later be rejected if the credit card holder's name and mailing address do not match. Credit Card transactions, other than Master Card and Visa, are often rejected due to this type of erroneous information. Pay Pal transactions may be rejected after acceptance for similar reason.

Credit Card Billing Address
The credit card billing address information given to us by the purchaser must match the one on file with the credit card company or the order will be rejected.

Payment
Payment is the sum of the customer product purchase, handling fees including materials, labor, fuel surcharge and delivery signature fee, plus insurance, freight and State Tax (if applicable). International purchases must pay the Tax and Duties at the time of delivery through the freight company. Payment will be processed as soon as received.

Company Security & Fraud Protection
Names of personnel associated with the company are kept in strict confidence and in accordance with Federal Laws. Customers, who have made a purchase and have received an Email may respond to that representative by the name given. Protection of identity is not intended to be seen as an unfriendly action by company policy. All solicitor inquiry as to the identity of company personnel are treated as a threat and can lead to further investigation by Tuday's Artisan, Law Enforcement and/or the Attorney General. Customers who treat personnel in an offensive, threatening or bullying way can lead to further investigation by Tuday's Artisan, Law Enforcement and/or the Attorney General.
