ORDERS
Orders will not be cancelled once freight fees have been applied to the order or if in transit to the destination. Refer to our Refund Policy for additional restrictions. All major credit cards are accepted as long as the Billing Information provided for the order matches the billing address that is on file with the credit card issuer. If this information is incorrect the order may be rejected at the discretion of Tuday’s Artisan, LLC. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK This feature provides the visitor with a snapshot of how we are satisfying other customers. Personal information provided on the form is kept confidential. An additional discount associated with a promotional sale. The refund is credited to the customers account (credit card or Pay Pal) when the order is processed for shipping. EXCHANGE AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY Tuday's Artisan, LLC d/b/a Tuday's Hobby Models or Tuday's Craft & Gift will upon email request to sales@tudaysartisan.com exchange or substitute an item of equal value for items purchased. Equal value means of same price, weight and similar packaged volume. Item Substitution and/or Exchanges must be received at our facility within 60 days of the date of purchase. Other restrictions apply to this offer. The buyer must pay for return freight to our store location, including insurance to cover damaged or lost parcels and the insurance must be sufficient to cover the buyer's loss. We have the right to refuse the substitution and/or exchange based upon the condition of the packaged item. Please refer to our Refund Restrictions for items being consideration for exchange or substitution. We will not exchange paint or hobby glue. Customers that sign up for this feature with $200 minimum orders will receive exclusive discounts and free shipping for USA destinations and half-off shipping for all International, Hawaii, Alaska and USA Islands requiring air delivery. For the First Time and Repeat Customer with an item order total of over $50.00, or an item total over $100.00, the Shipping Discount refund will be applied at the time the order transaction is complete. Further shipping discounts will be refunded based on your status as a customer when the order is ready to be processed for shipping. Revision 1-12-2010 First Time Michigan Customers with a Michigan destination will receive a total 60% off the Full Price of Shipping as a Shipping Refund. The refund will be issued as soon as the order is processed for shipping. Revision 1-12-2010 Shipping insurance covers damage to the contents of the package and delivery to the incorrect address by the shipping carrier. The insurance does not cover incorrect delivery addresses given to us by the customer. All customers ordering from outside the United States of America, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and outlying USA Islands, are International Customers. However, destinations outside the USA, Hawaii, Alaska and USA Islands are considered as International Destinations due to additional freight fees. All International Customers must use Pay Pal to process their order through the secured payment gateway center. Refer to the section Pay Pal User for further information. Revision 1-12-2010 Destinations outside the USA and Canada, including Alaska, Hawaii and outlying USA Islands requiring air freight or special shipping provisions are International Destinations. Limited Time offers are date approximated and can be shortened or extended several weeks depending on the manufactures ability to deliver the product and availability to the distributor. We will do our best to deliver the Preorder item on schedule. If for any reason we believe the item will be delayed beyond reasonable delivery date, we will give you the option to continue to wait or refund your money. Please refer to our Preorder policy for further details. Customer’s may comment and submit digital images for the product or model of choice. Private information is kept confidential. Images can be submitted by email to sales@tudaysartisan.com All customers using Pay Pal for payment must be Confirmed by Pay Pal, Eligible for the Seller/Buyer Protection Plan and have a Pay Pal Verified address. Tuday’s Artisan, Tuday’s Hobby Models, and Tuday’s Craft & Gift accept Pay Pal Refund, Exchange and Substitution policies. PERCENTAGE (%) OFF FULL PRICE SHIPPING DISCOUNT CHART The Percentage (%) Off the Full Price Shipping Discount Chart, as shown on the Home page, applies to the status of each billing customer and shipping destination. After the initial order payment transaction is processed, the billing customer will receive a Shipping Discount refund according to the designated percentage off, or a 100% off Full Price (Free) shipping refund. The refund will be issued as soon as the order is processed for shipping. A Shipping Refund does not apply to Exchange or Substitution Policies. First Time Customers with a combination of items totaling $50.00, or any combination of items totaling $100.00, are not eligible for additional shipping refunds. Revision 1-12-2010 Promotional new release models and restocked select items having an aggregate valued of $50.00 and more can be purchased for a limited time ahead of the manufacturer’s public release. A benefit of preordering is the 75% off full price Shipping Discount for USA and Canadian billing/shipping addresses and 20% off the full price Shipping Discount for International, Alaska, Hawaii and outlying USA Islands. Payment is processed at the time the order is placed. If for any reason a preorder is not released within the Limited Time specified the customer will be given a full refund. If the customer prefers to wait for the next available preorder release for restock select items, they will be guaranteed either the original preorder price or a lesser price, if available. Issued 1-12-2010 Free Shipping Refund and Refund Policy The United States Postal Service and UPS will require signature from someone at that residence. All packages delivered are confirmed by the carrier and resident. If the destination address is a gated community, university dormitory or military base that information must be added to the order at the time of address processing. If the package is not deliverable, it will become the purchaser's responsibility to pick up the item(s) from the carriers location. Thereafter, the package will be returned to our facility as undeliverable. Once the package is returned, examined and found to be in resale condition, a partial refund will be issued. As a United States of America customer it is your responsibility to use the United States Postal Address System that is typical for any postage mailed letter or package. Not following this system will result in delayed shipment of your order, or can result in delivery to another address. Insurance does not cover errors for incorrect delivery address. For international orders customers must follow their countries accepted Postal Address System. Shipping Discounts are deducted from shipping fees collected at the time the order was placed. For any USA billing address, if the shipping destination is within the continental USA you will receive the discount. However, for any USA billing address, if the shipping destination is outside the USA, in Alaska, Hawaii or outlying USA Islands requiring air freight you will not receive the discount.
