EXCHANGE POLICY
Tuday’s Artisan and affiliates Tuday's Hobby Models and Tuday's
Craft & Gift, along with all manufactures have the right to decline
an online exchange based upon the condition of the item(s) being returned
and the time from which it was purchased. Exchange for purchases from online
web orders and/or mail order must occur within 10 days purchase. Exchange
for purchases from our brick & mortar store must occur within 3 days of
purchase and meet all the conditions as specified herein. Any online purchased
item(s) being exchanged must meet the following conditions:
- All of the contents and parts must be in the original box, unopened and
undamaged, unless due to freight damage. All freight damage would have needed
to be verified at the time of acceptance from the carrier.
- The purchaser must present the sales receipt.
- Item(s) must not be damaged, blemished, abused or misused in any way.
- The item(s) contents, store tag and original box/container must accompany
the exchange.
- The product must not have been used in any way
- The consumer must pay for exchange freight to and from our store location.
RETURN POLICY
Any item purchased online may be returned within 10 days of purchase for
a refund, minus Handling Fees, freight, Credit Card Transaction Fee and Insurance.
The consumer must pay for return freight to our store location. Any item purchased
from our brick & mortar store may be returned within 3 days of purchase,
minus the Transaction Fee. All cash and check purchases will be paid by company
check and mailed to the residence within 30 days of the return. Credit Card
refunds will be processed the day of return, unless there are extenuating
circumstances.
WARRANTY
Tuday’s Artisan and affiliates Tuday's Hobby Models and Tuday's
Craft & Gift do not warrant the items purchased in this store
against defect. Refer to the manufacture’s warranty for specific instruction
and/or information.
SHIPMENTS/FREIGHT TO THE SHIPMENT ADDRESS
The freight carrier will require signature for the package being delivered.
If the person for whom the package is intended is not at the shipping address,
it will be left at the doorstep, unless specified otherwise in the address
information portion of the order. Packages will not be left in the mailbox
unless delivered through the U.S. Postal service. If the destination address
is a gated community, we will need that information for our carrier. If the
package is not deliverable, it will become the purchaser's responsibility
to pick up the item(s) from the carriers location. Thereafter, the package
will be returned to our facility as undeliverable. Any discounts that had
been applied will be forfeited along with a 20% restocking fee, charges, and
handling fees. The initial purchase minus fees will be returned within 30
days.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
The residents name must appear on the shipping address as either:
- Receiver of the package, or
- In-Care-Of the package.
As the customer it is your responsibility to use capitalization where applicable.
Customers must not assume that we or the carrier knows of typical abbreviated
cities or districts. The ship to address is filled out exactly like it has
been given to us at the time of order.
RESTOCKING FEE FOR CANCELLED ORDERS
Orders cancelled by the purchaser after the order is placed, is subject
to a 20% restocking fee, transaction fees, handling fee, insurance fee and
Michigan Sales Tax, if applicable.
